Having chosen to invest in the Cisco, Webex Contact Centre Enterprise platform, the RAC chose BrightCloud Group to design, implement and work in partnership to help shape and realise their vision for the future of Customer Engagement.
The RAC & BrightCloud Group are working together to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of essential services during the migration phase, delivering a multi-phase digital transformation programme to orchestrate data, process, and communication channels. The teams have identified operational efficiencies which have already been implemented following rapid development and testing, even before the migration is underway.
