BrightCloud Group CSO, Mark Adams, Announces Retirement.
BrightCloud Group is bidding farewell to one of its longest-serving team members, Chief Sales Officer Mark Adams, who is set to embark on his retirement after almost a decade with the company.
As the fourth employee to join BrightCloud Group in 2012, Mark has continuously worked alongside Chief Executive Officer Alex Morrison to grow the group into the UK’s largest team of experts who focus solely on Cisco Contact Centres.
During his time as CSO, Mark drew upon his experience and expertise to help BrightCloud Group develop into the industry leader it is today! Supporting Cisco contact centres throughout Europe, BrightCloud Group now counts household companies among its client base, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to newly launched organisations.
Mark Adams comments: “When I first joined Alex and the team in the very early days of BrightCloud Group, I knew I was becoming part of something special. Although it was a small operation at the time, we were ambitious in where we wanted to take the group and I’m extremely proud to say I played a part in helping this become a reality.
“Working with such a hardworking and innovative team has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined and it gives me great pleasure knowing that BrightCloud Group is a brand that is recognised in such high regard throughout the industry.
“As for now, I’m really looking forward to the next journey of my life, especially the quality time I will get to spend with my family, friends and of course the cat! Other than that, you can catch me down at the rugby or cheering on the Welsh national team whenever I get the opportunity, especially when we play England!
“I do, however, want to send a heartfelt thanks to Alex for entrusting me with his vision and being so collaborative throughout every step of the journey. As Alex continues to lead the way, I have no doubt that BrightCloud Group will continue to go from strength to strength as I enter this new chapter in my life.”
