BrightCloud Group joins the G-Cloud 13 Digital Marketplace

We are thrilled to announce that BrightCloud Group has been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 13 framework, the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace.

The G-Cloud 13 framework aims to provide the UK central government departments and all other public sector bodies a straightforward way to research and purchase cloud hosting and software services.

Purchasing through the Digital Marketplace, buyers can be assured to buy from trusted, compliant sellers that have been pre-approved by the UK Government via rigorous checks as part of the application process. Other benefits of the framework include:

  • Access to multiple suppliers and cloud services, including a high number of SMEs
  • Quick and easy route to market
  • Access to the latest cloud technology and innovation

Alex Morrison, CEO for BrightCloud Group comments: “We’re delighted to join the framework and help accelerate cloud adoption within the public sector. It opens new opportunities for more companies to implement our innovative cloud-based contact centre and customer engagement solutions.”

G-Cloud 13 will go live on 9 November 2022 and is due to end on 8 November 2023.
