BrightCloud Group Named as Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 Framework

We are extremely proud to have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 framework (RM6116) for Lots 4a to 4d, covering Analogue Telephony, Digital Communication Services, Contact Centres & Inbound Telephony Services.

The Network Services 3 (NS3) framework is designed to ease the procurement process for public sector buyers. It enables public sector organisations to engage market leading service providers as they consider modernising, optimising and rationalising connectivity and network needs within the modern hybrid workspace.

Public sector buyers can use the framework to buy a range of network services from network infrastructure to fully integrated communication suites. The framework supports the government’s “cloud first” initiatives aimed at enabling public internet connectivity solutions, and migration off the Public Sector Telephone Network (PSTN).

“Inclusion on NS3 provides a tremendous opportunity for BrightCloud Group, our Partners, and the buying market. Our positioning on 4 lots offers the buyer community the broadest opportunity to transition and transform their operations. Buyers will have complete access to citizen and consumer engagement solutions across all pillars of Customer Communication for Voice, Digital, and AI on hosted and cloud platforms,” says Gregor Campbell, Enterprise Solutions Leader at BrightCloud Group. “We already have a number of valued public sector customers, including Bristol City Council and Telford & Wrekin Council, and we look forward to building on that success through this framework.”

“Drawing on our expertise in the public sector, BrightCloud Group’s customer-centric solutions help public sector organisations improve the customer experience whilst driving down the cost to serve.” says Terry Gray, Director of Public Sector at BrightCloud Group. “Our cloud-based customer engagement solutions provide real opportunities for public sector organisations to adopt the latest evergreen technology, delivered from and storing all data within the UK, which means that organisations can safely and securely move away from their legacy platforms, delivering truly personalised engagement on the customer’s channel of choice.”

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

As a named supplier on CCS’s NS3 agreement, all UK public sector organisations can now purchase BrightCloud Group’s cloud-based customer engagement solutions. Talk to our team today to learn more about our bespoke digital solutions for the public sector.
