This recognises BrightCloud Group’s advanced expertise in Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions, including unified communications, messaging and telepresence. 

Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialisation indicates ability to solve customers’ business challenges by delivering solutions that help them connect customers, partners, and suppliers. BrightCloud Group has fulfilled Cisco’s training requirements to sell, design, deploy, and support Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions. 

In addition, BrightCloud Group has also earned Cisco Premier Partner Certification and Unified Contact Center Express Specialisation.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Specialisation validates BrightCloud Group’s ability to provide full lifecycle support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) products. The BrightCloud Group team is qualified to guide customers with planning, designing, configuring, implementing, and integrating the systems required to support Cisco UCCX solutions.
