TeamBCG delivers again, working alongside our channel partner CDW UK and the customer team, from the 3rd largest global Insurance broker, a full Cisco Unified CCE from design to go-live in just 12 weeks!
The delivered solution has been positioned to fall in line architecturally with the existing Unified CCE solution utilised by the insurance broker in their United States operation and has been developed to follow a standard Unified CCE model, based on the reference design for up to a 4000-seat contact centre.
The solution consists of a Unified CCE cluster, located in UK based data centres and is closely integrated with the agent experience via the Cisco Finesse application and the already implemented Cisco Unified Communications Manager infrastructure.
