BrightCloud Group CTO Appointment Underlines 2017 5-Year Business Strategy

BrightCloud Group has appointed Richard Hall as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsible for developing and delivering the strategic technology plan, including strategic alliances, and the roadmap of innovation to align with the emerging contact centre requirements.
Richard joined the organisation in early May 2016 and brought with himself significant skills, experience and talent in the designing of contact and customer engagement solutions with complex integrations.

His distinguished 25-year career stems from his grassroots as an Assistant Engineer at Vodafone, through his years spent at 2e2, now Daisy, honing his Enterprise Unified Communications skills to his prior Directorship role at Ocean Group.

As CTO, Richard becomes part of the company’s senior leadership team alongside BrightCloud’s Mark Adams, Sales and Marketing Director and Alex Morrison, Chief Executive Officer.Alex Morrison commented, “We are thrilled that Richard is taking up this appointment.
